UPCOMING CHARITY EVENTS:

Will and Kieron from our production team will be taking part in this years 'Race to the Stones' on July 13th to run 100km in 24 hours as part of a fundraiser for Alzheimer's Research UK.

The full 100km route runs along the oldest path in Britain from Lewknor to the 5000-year-old Standing Stones in Avebury.

They will be taking on the 100km run in one go with no overnight stop. The course, includes a total elevation gain of 3,704 feet (1129 meters) so will be a true test of endurance for the guys.

St Helena Hospice exists to help local people with an incurable illness to live well and die with dignity and choice – their core services are provided for free and the majority of our work takes place in the community, in people’s homes.

Breast Cancer Now is the UK’s largest Breast Cancer Charity, created by the Merger of Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer. One in every eight women in the UK will face breast cancer in their lifetime and every 45 minutes, another woman dies from the disease. Breast Cancer Now is dedicated to funding research into this devastating disease.

Orchid is the UK’s leading charity working on behalf of anyone affected by or interested in male cancer – prostate, testicular and penile cancer. Every year 43,000 men are diagnosed with one of these cancers and the numbers are increasing.

The Movember Foundation is a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives. Since 2003, millions have joined the men’s health movement, raising £402 million and funding over 1,000 projects focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.

Sport Relief is a biennial charity event from Comic Relief, in association with BBC Sport, which brings together the worlds of sport and entertainment to raise money to help vulnerable people in both the UK and the world's poorest countries.

Run Norwich is an award-winning 10-kilometre road race, organised by the Norwich City FC Community Sports Foundation (CSF), that takes place in the heart of Norwich’s beautiful and historic city centre. The route passes some of the city’s most iconic landmarks including Norwich Castle, The Forum, Norwich Cathedral, and many more. Geoquip Raises Money for Movember

Geoquip Fur Faces pulled together an impressive 11-man team for the Movember moustache and Move challenge! Now sporting some of the most distinctive moustaches and trimmest calves in the East of England, the team have raised £1,175 for the Movember Foundation. The Foundation is committed to men living happier, healthier and longer lives, focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.
