Freight and Shipping
From the moment your order is placed, we take care of all aspects of the shipping process. Goods are handled in our purpose built warehouse facility, items are quality checked, repacked if necessary and packaged ready for shipping.
We have particular experience in shipping to remote areas where conditions are difficult and logistics complicated. We pack intelligently and make best use of the space available to ensure your order is economic, efficient and safe. All goods are handled carefully and packaged to the highest standard to ensure that everything arrives in the same condition in which it left our warehouse.
We can ship by all available methods; Air Parcel Post, Courier, Air freight, Sea freight, (LCL & FCL) and we can liaise with your appointed forwarder.
We have accounts with all major courier companies including DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS. If you have your own import account, we can act on your behalf to ensure a streamlined service with the provider.
