Information

The Laval DC5150 Downhole Camera provides a comprehensive, detailed survey of water wells, boreholes, underground storage tanks and mine shafts measuring 3"-30" in diameter to depths of 5,000 feet (1524 meters). In addition to the standard downhole view, it offers a side-view perspective with continuous 360° rotation and no external parts.

Suited for the groundwater industry, gas oil and mining companies, public work officials, miners environmentalists and remediation site, helping pinpoint problems in water wells.

Camera Repairs Return Form

INSTRUCTIONS WHEN RETURNING CAMERAS OR SYSTEMS FOR SERVICE / REPAIR

Please read and complete the information below so we can review your returns enquiry.

Please provide as much information about the faults encountered and the events that lead up to them so that our Technician can make the repair evaluation. If no fault description is provided or there is insufficient information then delays may be incurred with the work.

It is important that the fault description is enclosed even if we have been previously informed.

Note: Be sure to save any videos before sending your equipment to Geoquip. Any data may be lost during the service procedure, we are not responsible for any loss of data.

GOODS MUST BE APPROPRIATELY PACKED. ON RECEIPT THEY WOULD BE CHECKED FOR DAMAGE.

Geoquip can arrange for the collection of the equipment. 

A charge in accordance with our standard carriage charges would be added to the repair invoice.


If you send goods from outside the European Union a Proforma
invoice must accompany the goods.

Each delivery is charged by fees such as:

  • Terminal fee
  • Customs declaration
  • Transport from the port to Geoquip Service location
  • Forwarder’s administration at cost

Please Note that these ALL FEES incurred will be invoiced at cost
+ 10%


Min 1 HOUR “Troubleshooting & Handling” fee will be charged to all service orders.
Hourly technician fee available on request (Hourly rate subject to change without notice)
